Glitter and Buttons

A card for two challenges. This time it's 'buttons galore' over at a Spoon Full of Sugar and 'glitter' at Secret Crafter.

Rachelle-Anne Miller stamp, Copics, Glitter paper, buttons, nestabilities
Sorry for the rubbish photo, I was in a rush to take it as we have so much to do today.
I stamped the image using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and shaded with Copics. I used more of the glitter paper I have that I don't like to use (because it frays and doesn't like to stick!) as a double scalloped mount and a strip across the bottom too. The elastic cord through the buttons is also glittery but doesn't show up too well on the photo.
I'm recovering from a trip out to buy a laptop, annoying sales assistant wanted to sell all the commission based stuff rather than taking the time to explain what was what with the laptops so I'm glad we knew what we were looking for before we went in. Grrrrr. No doubt it will take me most of the evening to set it up.
Off now to bake a lemon tart AND a chocolate cheesecake as we have friends coming for lunch tomorrow and couldn't decide which pud to make so settled for both!

  1. This is just lovely. I'm impressed with the culinary enterprise... 2 puds!! I can't make puds very well, so we have to have plenty of the first course stuff! There's always Tescos I suppose!
