Love is in the air

It's time to use our favourite colour combo over at Bee Crafty this fortnight and I've used pink and grey, I meant to use black as well but ended up not doing - as you do! I used this gorgeous free download by Merrigan, I've not used it before and thought it was too lovely to note use and it's free!!


I'm joining in with these challenges:
I printed the Love image in grey and then creased my card to the left and cut around the word to create my shaped card. I printed it again with paterned papers and did a little paper piecing, mainly because my grey pens have run out! My dotty paper is SU and the grey one has been loitering in my stash for a while half used so not sure who makes it.  I embossed a strip of pink card with some buttons and added a punched edge in the grey card.

    A lovely card Victoria.

    I'm so glad all the snow has gone, luckily we didn't get snowed in down here, but I'm sure it was awful up where you are - still the kids loved it and I have to say that everything looks really drab now!!

    I love this card hun! :) Can you tell me how you did the button embossing? Its looks great!
    I would love to come on that saturday, but we have a couple of mortgage advice meetings and I am not sure what time they will finish. Do you have any plans for another one in Feb? I will definately come then - I will make sure I diary it way in advance lol xx
